Background
Larkin Kenney is a finance student at the University of Oklahoma, in the Michael F. Price College of Business, where the coursework centers on capital markets, valuation, and how companies actually get funded. He spent a semester at the University of Westminster in London and holds dual United States and Irish citizenship, so the plan has always assumed a career that moves between both markets.
He is the founder of Carlsbad Web & AI, a studio doing web design, AI integration, and AI video advertising for clients across payments, hospitality, and media. Most engagements start with a positioning problem rather than a design one — the site, the automation, and the ad creative are what fall out of getting that part right.
Alongside that he plays rugby for Oklahoma and was named a D1-AA Collegiate All-American. The sport is where he learned the habits the rest of it depends on: show up early, do the unglamorous work, and be the person the side can count on when the match gets tight.
